Hortus Health LLC is Hiring a Community Support Specialist Near Exton, PA

About us

Do you like going to concerts, hiking, hitting the beach, crafting, exploring museums, having lunch in the city and/or just being active?? This could be the job for you! In search of compassionate, energetic, and creative candidate to support and accompany another individual within the community to have fun and support their goals.

Hours Tuesday and Friday 9-5

Must be willing to participate in the community activities that the person you serve enjoys. For example, playing basketball, going for walks, swimming, going to the movies, going to museums, attending shows, and many other activities. In addition providing support with independent living skills such as cooking, personal care, budgeting, grocery shopping and time management.

Hortus Health LLC is a small home healthcare agency created by a speech language pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of those living in the community. Hortus Health provides weekly visits with the staff and clients to ensure that everyone feels supported, well trained, and appreciated!

Applicants must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma. 1-2 years experience preferred but not required. Must have a valid PA drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Driving is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
